01 What We Do
A blister machine only runs as well as the change parts fitted to it. We manufacture the tooling that forms the pocket, seals the lidding foil, cuts the finished blister and moves product through the station — machined to the dimensions your line already works to.
Upper and lower forming tools machined to the pocket layout of your blister format, for thermoformable film and cold-form foil.
Plug plates and forming plugs that draw the film evenly into deep pockets, so wall thickness stays consistent across the web.
Sealing rollers and platens with the pocket layout and knurl cut to your pitch, finished for even pressure right across the web.
Cooling plates that set the formed pocket before the web moves on, machined with the coolant path and pocket layout to suit the station.
Complete punching stations built on guide pillars and bushes, holding blister dimensions across long production runs.
Perforation and half-cut tooling that scores the web cleanly without breaking through the pack, for tear-off and unit-dose formats.
Feeding channels, plates and rollers that keep tablets and capsules seated in pocket on the way to the sealing station.
Guide tracks that carry the web square through the machine, cut to your lane spacing in low-friction, non-marking material.
Transport grippers with jaws profiled to your blister, holding the pack square through indexing without marking the pocket.
02 Why Work With Us
No shortcuts on fit, material or finish — the three things that decide whether a change part earns its place on your line.
Parts are machined and ground to the tolerances the application needs, then checked against the drawing before they leave the shop. Forming and sealing faces are finished for flatness and even contact, because that is where blister quality is won or lost.
Change parts are not interchangeable between machines. We work from your drawing, model, sample part or blister specimen and machine to fit the mounting, pitch and pocket layout of the machine already on your floor.
We quote a delivery date we can hold and keep you updated as the job moves through machining, heat treatment and finishing. Urgent line-down spares are handled as priority work wherever capacity allows.
Tool steels, hardened and ground steels, stainless and aluminium alloys are selected against the part’s duty, contact surface and wear pattern. Material and treatment are confirmed with you before we cut metal.
Older machines rarely come with usable documentation. Send us the worn part or a blister sample and we will measure, draw and reproduce it, so a discontinued format can go back into production.
You speak to the people making the part. Queries about clearances, heater layouts or knurl patterns get answered by the shop, not passed along a chain.
