01 Before You Enquire
What we need
to quote a part
The more of this you can send with the first enquiry, the faster the quotation comes back. If you only have some of it, send what you have and we will work out the rest with you.
- Machine details
- Make, model and station type, along with any machine manual pages covering the tooling area.
- Format requirement
- Pocket size and depth, pitch, number of pockets per blister, blister outer dimensions and cut layout.
- Material and film
- The film or foil being run — PVC, PVDC-coated, laminate or cold-form aluminium — and the lidding foil.
- Reference part or sample
- An existing change part, a drawing, a 3D model, or a blister specimen from the format you need to run.
